I just want to say thank you to Wings of Hope for your support. I am so happy to be getting educated and your support means a lot to me and my family. May the almighty God keep on blessing and protecting you!!!
The day I heard I had passed my exams I was so happy and so was my family, but my grandfather was troubled with where to find money to take me to school. I told him not to worry because only God who knows what is happening and He will find a way to help us out. Someone from our community told us about Wings of Hope and how they could help us out, so we went to Wings of Hope and they told us about the whole procedure we would have to do before being selected which we did. One week later we received a call from Wings of Hope. They told us to come to their office and that is when we were told of being given a sponsorship and I was so happy. I prayed to Father in heaven and I really appreciate in Jesus name. Thank you Wings of Hope. God bless you.
Through Wings of Hope, I am now able to complete my education successfully. This has alleviated much fear over my academic life.
I passed my grade 9 exams to grade 10 and we had a balance to pay to the school. As a family we struggled trying to find money to clear the balance. We looked for piece work and we managed to pay the balance. It was difficult for me to start school in grade 10 because we didn’t have the money to pay for school fees and other school requirements. My brother-in-law went looking for help from Social Welfare and we were given an application form to fill in. When I was to start school in grade 10 we only had half of the required amount and because of this the school management said I can’t attend school. Then Wings of Hope called us and gave me a sponsorship and finally my school fees were paid. Now I am happy and I am in school free to learn without being chased to go home for not paying school fees.
It was very hard for me to live without going to school but by God’s grace, Wings of Hope offered to support me until Grade 12. It has been a great testimony in my life because people say the greatest gift to give a child is “EDUCATION” so it made me sick to know that I have passed but there was no money to go to school. I never knew that I would have a place at Wings of Hope but all in God’s hands it has happened that as am writing am a happy school-going student. This happened all because of Wings of Hope. I pray that God gives me all the knowledge that I need in order for me for me to become somebody in life. Thank you!
Wings of Hope has really helped me a lot I am able to go to school and get the knowledge and understanding I need to be successful in life. I am really grateful for everything they do for me. I am able to learn things I had no idea about and what I can achieve in life. Thank you for the support.
I would like to offer my sincere gratitude to WOH for the support they have been rendering to me through education. May God continue blessing the team as they help the needy.
I like the fact that Wings of Hope leaders are very kind and understanding. I am also very thankful because I don’t get disturbed each time I go to school knowing that my school fees have been paid. Wings of Hope is a very good program that promotes education for the youth and helps them fulfill their dreams.
After I sat for my grade 9 exams, I managed to pass to go to grade 10 but my parents couldn’t afford the money to pay my school fees. One day my father met this woman at his work place. She told him about Wings of Hope and that is how God has managed to help me through Wings of Hope.
I met Wings of Hope through social welfare. I was later interviewed and given 50% scholarship. I was very happy to be one of those being sponsored.
